I was referred to Paul about 2 years ago and have been bringing my 325i to PMW since. Trustworthiness and professionalism are of utmost importance when selecting someone to do business with - the servicing of my cars is no exception.
Paul and his team have always demonstrated trustworthiness, professionalism and knowledge of the issues pertaining to my 325i. Over the course of 2 years, I have completed a variety of service issues including brakes, tune-up, regular oil changes, thermostat, radiator and more. In each case, I found Paul and his team to successfully diagnose and service my repair needs in a timely and efficient manner.
In January 2002, I was looking to purchase a new vehicle for my wife and consulted Paul on his recommendations. While I wasn't specifically looking for a BMW, I was looking for a quality, previously owned vehicle. Paul indicated that a long time customer had a 328i that he was looking to sell. I looked over the car, spoke with the owner and agreed upon a price. However, I was still hesitant, as I wasn't sure I wanted to purchase a car with 90K+ miles on it - BMW or otherwise!
After further consideration, I realized that Paul's recommendation was worth its weight in gold-knowing that PMW had conducted all the work on this 328i for more than 2 1/2 years, and gave it a clean bill of health, I was convinced that there was not much more I needed to know. I purchased the vehicle and have been extremely happy with it to date.
